Two teams remain undefeated in the Pac-12 and they both reign from the state of Washington.

Washington State (6-0) avoided a let down after its historic victory over USC, traveling to Eugene, OR and beating the Ducks comfortably by a final score of 33-10 for their fist road win of the season.

WSU outgained Oregon 369-277 in total yardage and the Cougars’ fifth-year senior, Luke Falk, finished 24-of-42 with 282 yards and three touchdowns. Falk has now thrown for 19 TDs with just two interceptions this season.

Following the win, Washington State entered the AP Top 10 for the first time this season at No. 8. The Cougars are the second-highest ranked Pac-12 team behind Washington, who rounds out the top five.

This marks the first time since October 1997 that both teams are in the top 10.

The Cougars are off to their best start since winning seven straight to start the 2001 season. This week, the Cougars travel to face the California Golden Bears for a Friday night showdown.

No. 5 Washington (6-0) cruised to a 38-7 victory over California on Saturday night and will travel to face an Arizona State team that has had their number in recent years.

The Huskies snapped a 10-game losing streak to the Sun Devils last year with a dominant 44-18 victory. Prior to last year’s victory, Washington’s last win over Arizona State came all the way back in 2001.
