The PGA Tour stars will be back in action this week as the path to the FedExCup title begins in the 2022 FedEx St. Jude Championship at TPC Southwind. The top 125 players in the FedExCup standings earned spots in the St. Jude Championship 2022 field, led by Masters champ Scottie Scheffler, who has a lead of more than 1,200 points. But the winner gets 2,000 points, so players like British Open champ Cameron Smith (second) and reigning FedEx winner Patrick Cantlay (fifth) have a chance to catch up in Memphis, Tenn. Other notable names in the start-studded field include PGA champion Justin Thomas, U.S. Open winner Matt Fitzpatrick, Jon Rahm and Jordan Spieth.

McIlroy is the 11-1 favorite in the latest 2022 FedEx St. Jude Championship odds from Caesars Sportsbook, followed by Scheffler (14-1) and Smith (16-1). Cantlay (18-1), Rahm (18-1), Thomas (18-1) and Xander Schauffele (18-1) also are among the top contenders in a FedEx St. Jude Championship 2022 field.
