With the NFL playoffs kicking off, you need to know which players to back this weekend. That's even more reason to see what NFL expert Mike Barner has to say before placing any prop bets.

One thing we can tell you for this week: Barner sees a favorable matchup in the Cincinnati Bengals vs. Las Vegas Raiders matchup, and he's backing Joe Burrow to go Over 1.5 passing touchdowns (-150 at Caesars Sportsbook).

"(Burrow) rolls into the playoffs on fire, throwing for 971 yards and eight touchdowns over his last two games," Barner told SportsLine. "He's been a touchdown machine this season, throwing for at least two of them in 11 of the 16 games that he played.

"When these two teams played each other in Week 11, Burrow only recorded one touchdown pass. However, the Bengals won that game by 19 points, so Burrow only had to attempt 29 passes. With this being a playoff matchup, there's good chance that things remain more competitive. That could lead to added touchdowns for Burrow given that the Raiders were tied for the ninth-most passing touchdowns allowed in the league during the regular season."
