2021 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am props, picks: Data scientist reveals favorites from the PGA Tour field to win, matchup plays

Uncanny golf handicapper Rick Gehman gives his best bets for this week's PGA Tour event at Pebble Beach, including two massive long shots to win

With his data-driven approach to betting golf, Rick Gehman routinely crushes sportsbooks. Over the final 17 tournaments of the 2020 season, Gehman's bets cashed more than $1,900 for $100 players. And  at The American Express last month, his bets brought in nearly $600!

At the Farmers Insurance Open two weeks ago, Gehman hit on young stars Viktor Hovland (7-2) and Will Zalatoris (6-1) to crack the top 10. The 23-year-old Hovland was just one stroke off the lead at the turn on Sunday but couldn't catch red-hot Patrick Reed and finished tied for second at 9 under. Zalatoris, a special temporary tour member at age 24, tied for seventh at 8 under.

Gehman was on a roll the previous week at La Quinta, cashing a top-five bet on Patrick Cantlay (67-20) and hitting top-10 wagers on both Abraham Ancer (7-2) and Francesco Molinari (10-1). Cantlay also fell one stroke short of cashing the 13-1 bet to win after shooting a course-record 61 on Sunday. Anyone who followed Gehman's advice cashed in HUGE!

His success builds on last season, when Gehman told SportsLine readers to bet Simpson to win at 30-1 at the 2020 RBC Heritage before Simpson went 22 under to cash that bet. And at November's Mayakoba Golf Classic, Gehman tabbed Hovland (25-1) as a top contender before his second career Tour victory.

Now Gehman, whose models have produced 12 outright winners in the past year, has analyzed the latest 2021 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am odds from William Hill Sportsbook and revealed his picks to win.

We can tell you Gehman feels confident backing Cantlay, who is the 15-2 favorite at William Hill! The California native has a victory and a runner-up finish in his past four events, and his iron play will be a boon at Pebble Beach. The small greens will give great ball-strikers the advantage, so Gehman expects the 28-year-old to make a strong run at his fourth tour victory!

Gehman has isolated three other players to win, including two at more than 55-1 odds! This includes a veteran who is listed at 70-1! This golfer also strikes the ball with the best of them on tour, and he has shot in the 60s in nine of his past 12 rounds. He had a top-five finish less than a month ago, and if he can solve some minor putting issues, he will be right back in the mix this week! You ABSOLUTELY need to see who it is, along with Gehman's detailed bets and picks, before you bet the 2021 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am.
