    Public and Money

Think of 'Public' as the percentage of people betting on each side and 'Money' as how much money is being bet. When there's a big difference between the 'Public' and 'Money' data, it usually means that the more serious bettors (referred to as 'Sharp Money') are favoring a particular side.

    Matt's Analysis:

We will have our first MLB props on April 1! Not an April Fool's Day joke that I know of. Looking forward to that. May have played Willy Adames Over 0.5 total bases here, for example, as he has good splits off Mets starter Jose Quintana. I favor the Mets in their opener, but I just won't turn down insurance. Didn't work yesterday on the Royals but should have -- naturally, their bullpen started walking guys in the ninth inning to turn a one-run deficit into three. I'm just not that high on the Brewers this season, and their All-Star closer, Devin Williams, is out three months. The Mets are good in the back end again with the return from injury of Edwin Diaz.
