The 2024 NFL Draft is getting closer and closer, with only two weeks to go until the Bears officially select Caleb Williams with the No. 1 overall pick. As for what will happen following that pick, Jayden Daniels is a -165 favorite to go No. 2 overall, which is an indication that there's still plenty of uncertainty past the first pick. The Commanders could take Daniels, Drake Maye or J.J. McCarthy, or even trade out of the No. 2 slot for a haul of picks if they get the right offer.
Two weeks after sharing our market-based mock draft, I'm back to share my first mock draft of the season, which includes five trades in Round 1. Those swaps include the Patriots trading out of No. 3 rather than selecting a quarterback, and the Giants trading down from No. 6.
