I don't always love laying the road chalk in the NBA, but I like the Raptors at -3.5 on the road in New York. The Knicks have lost Joakim Noah for the season and Kristaps Porzingis for this game. The questionable tag on Kyle Lowry is the only reason this game line isn't -7 for Toronto. This is a steal if Lowry plays, but even if he doesn't the Raptors are 3-0 this season without him. DeMar DeRozan is averaging 37.3 PTS, 7.3 REB, 4.3 AST in those three games. Lay it.
