Josh Tomlin’s early-season struggles for the Indians have opened up some value on Cleveland as an underdog Tuesday against red-hot Dallas Keuchel and the Astros. The Indians have won five straight against AL West opponents, and are 6-2 in Tomlin’s last eight starts against teams with winning records. Most of Houston’s wins have come against meager competition, and I’m not sold on the Astros holding up. This is a good play-against spot.
