Greinke (11-4, 4.21 ERA) recovered from one of the worst starts in his career by giving up just two runs in seven innings against the Padres, but ended up with a no-decision. Teheran (3-9, 2.90 ERA) has been felled by the worst run support among NL starters, explaining his lopsided losing record despite a rock-solid ERA. He is 3-4 with a 2.49 ERA in nine road starts. Although Greinke has a 5.04 ERA in 10 home starts, the price is a bargain behind a top-shelf starter facing the worst offense in MLB.
