Look for the Trojans to continue their elevated play off of last week’s win against ASU. Arizona's adjusted rating makes this a solid play-against spot.
For the fourth straight week, Arizona QB Khalil Tate was named Pac-12 Offensive Player of the Week. It's the only time in Pac-12 history that has happened and it was his only four starts of the season. The offense has become unstoppable and they've scored 45 ppg or more in all four wins with him rushing for 840 yards in those games. USC has a nice defense, but when I see Notre Dame putting 337 yards rushing against them it leads me to believe they'll have trouble here.
If you haven’t watched Arizona quarterback Khalil Tate, man, you have missed quite the show. The sophomore dual-threat signal caller has rushed for 926 yards on just 69 carries -- 13.42 yards per carry. Almost single-handedly, Tate has saved coach Rich Rodriguez’ job, and made the Wildcats (6-2, 4-1 Pac-12 South) not only relevant in the division, but potentially a frontrunner if they can top the Trojans in Los Angeles. They will. This will be point-a-minute football that Arizona will win outright due to a late Sam Darnold turnover.
