Central Florida has made a fast transformation from one of the worst FBS programs in the country to respectability. Even so, its three wins have come against marginal competition, which is skewing the market against a Temple club that is used to getting little respect from oddsmakers. The Owls haven’t resembled the team that challenged for the AAC title last year, but its last two losses were by a touchdown to decent Penn State and Memphis teams. Quarterback Phillip Walker and running back Jahad Thomas are two of the better playmakers in the conference -- look for them to be the difference.
