The Brewers are remindful of an aging set of lights on a Christmas tree. If each light represents a player, most of them have burned out for this season.

Among the few that continue to shine bright is pitcher Taylor Jungmann. He has two scoreless stints in his last three games. Before then, there were nine consecutive starts with no more than two earned runs conceded.
