The Dallas Mavericks have their backs against the wall ahead of Game 4 of the Western Conference Finals. They're down 3-0 to the visiting Golden State Warriors and need a win to keep their season alive and extend the series. Luka Doncic's monstrous numbers haven't been enough to topple Stephen Curry and company so far. Will that change on Tuesday? We've broke down how fantasy managers could approach DraftKings Showdown contests centered around the matchup here ahead of tip-off.

Ameer Tyree got his start in NBA DFS over four years ago. The former DraftKings Nation betting and fantasy writer spent over a year and a half breaking down basketball slates to build optimal lineups there. Now Ameer's turned his attention to Sunday's one-game slate.

One value captain play Ameer loves: Kevon Looney at $10,500. "Looney's fantasy numbers haven't wavered at all against the Mavericks. The big man's price has dropped by $200 after dropping nine points to go along with 12 boards and four assists in 29 minutes in Game 3. He fell just short of a second consecutive double-double while outproducing Draymond Green and Jordan Poole," Ameer says about the matchup.
