UPDATED UPDATE: Did you really want to type in "Houston" and "Arkansas" over and over? No, didn't think you did. So I'm bringing back the old poll format that's better than ever! Now, everyone is limited to one vote per computer. The "keep the stapler over the Enter button" and "custom poll script" tricks won't work any more. Nice try, though. I'm sure our two finalists appreciate all your efforts. Like I said earlier, polls close Thurs., Jan. 24 at noon EST.
After about 20 weeks of voting for college cheerleaders, we're finally at the end of the road. With a dominating 72-28 result, No. 1 seed Arkansas avoided a semifinal upset from Virginia Tech. In our other final four matchup, Houston achieved the impossible by slipping past fan favorite Kansas 52-48. So now, it's Razorbacks vs. Cougars in this 1v7 finals matchup. The top-seeded Arkansas cheerleader is the heavy favorite in this contest, having won by huge margins throughout the tournament. However, Houston has a lot of momentum heading into the finals after close wins against Mississippi State and Kansas.
Will Arkansas cruise to another easy win or can Houston force one more upset to win the SPiN College Cheerleader of the Year title for 2007? Vote and decide!
The rules: The cheerleader who wins the bracket tournament will be crowned SPiN's College Cheerleader of the Year.
