PC: Right-click on the image and choose "set as wallpaper"

Mac: Click and hold down on the photo. Choose "download image to disk". In your control panels choose "appearance". Choose "Desktop". Press "Place Picture ...". Choose the desktop picture you downloaded. Choose "Set Desktop".
