The NASCAR Cup Series heads to Dover Motor Speedway for the 2024 Wurth 400 on Sunday at 2 p.m. ET following last week's superspeedway race at Talladega. Kyle Larson, who sits atop the NASCAR Cup Series standings, is the 9-2 favorite in the Wurth 400 odds.
