UCLA vs. North Carolina. It just sounds nice, doesn't it?
It's the guy generally regarded as the best college player ever (Lew Alcindor) against the guy generally regarded as the best professional player ever (Michael Jordan), and I think Sean May might be in trouble down low. He's giving up seven inches to Alcindor. Meantime, Lennie Rosenbluth is giving up six inches to Bill Walton because John Wooden is going with a Twin Towers approach and using Alcindor and Walton together despite both actually being centers.

(What, you want to bring the Big Red Deadhead off the bench?)
Frontcourt advantage: UCLA.
But Jordan is still Jordan and betting against him is never safe ... except on the golf course, in the NBA Draft, at the blackjack table and in divorce court. On second thought, you can safely bet against Jordan pretty much anywhere beside the basketball court. But the CBSSports.com National Champions All-Stars Bracket is taking place (hypothetically, of course) on the basketball court.
Either way, it's up to you to decide which school wins. So think about it, pick your winner and vote.
Voting closes July 22 at 3 p.m. ET.
