Cal QB Ross Bowers is proving to be almost as effective Jared Goff and Davis Webb from the past two seasons. Cal has gone Over in 11 of its past 16, and that's the way to go here.

This spread looks a little light for an SEC team with some weapons going against a Cal program in transition.
