There is some scuttlebutt the Bolts could finally see the return of Steven Stamkos tonight. Stamkos led the Lightning with 10 power-play goals this season. That unit has struggled this postseason but had two PP goals in the Game 2 win. Dallas, meanwhile, remains without two key injured players in Stephen Johns and Radek Faksa and, more important, may not have physical winger Blake Comeau, who is a game-time call after leaving Game 2 injured. The Bolts are 29-12 in their past 41 after a win and will take a 2-1 series lead.

Tampa Bay dominated the first 15 minutes of Game 2, jumping out to a 3-0 lead. That's great and all, but I can't help but notice that the Stars have outscored the Lightning 6-1 in the other 105 minutes of action, or that the Stars have won three of four against Tampa this year. So if I can get Dallas as a dog, I'm taking Dallas as a dog.
