Bengals vs. Titans NFL injury report, spread, odds: Trey Hendrickson cleared to play; Tennessee unbeaten against the spread on extra rest under Mike Vrabel

Cincinnati will have its top pass-rusher available for Saturday's game at the Titans.

While the Cincinnati Bengals will not have starting defensive tackle Larry Ogunjobi for the rest of this NFL postseason, they will have their best pass-rusher, end Trey Hendrickson, for Saturday's Divisional Round game at AFC top-seeded Tennessee after Hendrickson cleared concussion protocol Thursday. That news isn't enough to move the spread, though, as the Titans remain -3.5 at Caesars Sportsbook.

Many high-priced free-agent additions flop in the NFL (and other sports), but the Bengals signing the former Saint Hendrickson to a five-year, $60 million deal last offseason worked out very well as he led the team with a career-high 14 sacks and set a team record with at least one in nine straight games. Hendrickson also had 12 tackles for loss and 27 quarterback hits. Titans QB Ryan Tannehill was sacked 47 times this year, second-most in the NFL … to Cincinnati's Joe Burrow (53).

Hendrickson had a strip sack of Raiders quarterback Derek Carr last Saturday before leaving that game with a concussion. Ogunjobi recovered the fumble and it led to a field goal, but Ogunjobi injured his leg in the game and was placed on season-ending injured reserve.

Cincinnati is attempting to become the fourth team in the past 13 seasons to advance to a conference championship game the year after finishing last or tied for last in their division. The other three were the 2017 Jaguars (lost in AFC title game) and two clubs that won the Super Bowl, the 2017 Eagles and 2009 Saints. The Bengals, though, are 0-7 all-time in road playoff games.

The Titans are the AFC's top seed for the first time since 2008 when they lost in the Divisional Round to Baltimore. Tennessee was the first team to earn its conference's top seed without a 1,000-yard rusher or 1,000-yard receiver since the 2017 Super Bowl champion Eagles. Three of the last four teams to earn their conference's top seed without a 1,000-yard rusher or 1,000-yard receiver have won the Super Bowl. Tennessee would have had a 1,000-yard rusher if Derrick Henry didn't get hurt on Halloween. He'll be back Saturday.

As the top seed, the Titans were on the bye last week. Under Coach Mike Vrabel, the team is 8-0 straight up and against the spread all-time with at least eight days of rest between games. They have beaten teams by an average score of 29.6-10.9.
