George Kittle Over 56.5 receiving yards (-120)

"Kittle had just one target in the win over the Vikings last week, but he topped a 90% snap rate for the first time since his return from injury. We should see his usage in the passing game rise if he continues to play almost all of the snaps. That's particularly true this week with Deebo Samuel sidelined; although Samuel saw more work as a runner than a passer over the last few weeks, his touches still have to go somewhere, and I expect Kittle to be the main beneficiary. Kittle hasn't topped 50 yards since Week 9, so this is an aggressive line -- but it's aggressive for a reason."

DK Metcalf Over 59.5 receiving yards (-115)

"Russell Wilson is slowly improving after rushing back from his finger injury, with Seattle going from 133 net passing yards in the first game out of the bye to 180 against Arizona and then 233 last week. Part of the issue is that he's failed to click with Metcalf, one of the best receivers in the league when everything is firing on all cylinders. Metcalf has just eight catches on 20 targets for 70 yards in three games combined since Wilson's return, but OC Shane Waldron has apparently come to his senses and knows the ball needs to get into Metcalf's hands more. Injuries to the team's running backs could also force more targets to the receivers. This could be a blowup spot for the talented receiver, who topped this number in five of his first seven games and came close in the other two before his recent slump."

Jimmy Garoppolo Longest completion Under 34.5 yards (-110)

"The Seahawks have certainly struggled for much of the year, but one thing they've done is limit big plays in the passing game. There have been only five completions of more than 34 yards, and while the 49ers have the longest, that was to Deebo Samuel and came from Trey Lance. Aaron Rodgers had two of the others in the Packers' recent win over Seattle, but those were the first the Seahawks allowed in over a month. With Samuel on the shelf for this game, the odds that Garoppolo hits a big play down the field are low. He probably doesn't even have to -- the Seahawks have a massive total play differential on the season, often going three-and-out and punting the ball away only to see the other offense engineer a 10-plus play drive for a score. The 49ers should be no different, moving the ball in the short and intermediate area rather than with explosive plays."
