The Rams are my side here no matter the final line. The Cardinals are not overly sound up front giving Sunday's visitors an advantage at a key position. Not only is Sean McVay 5-1-1 ATS (6-1 straight up) against Kilff Kingsbury, Los Angeles has dominated Arizona in those games, winning most of them by multiple scores. Followers know that fading Kingsbury is one of my favorite pastimes, and this is a fantastic spot at which to do it. Some are down on the Rams after they let the Falcons back into the game as 10-point favorites, while the Cardinals came back as an underdog winner last week. The value is on LA. Some action is pushing this line to -3 (-125), which is a bit too rich per our expert RJ White, but if see if you can get -3 (-120) before kickoff.
The Rams offense has struggled a bit to start the year but is good on third downs, where the Cardinals defense ranks 31st. L.A.'s overall stats are also skewed by playing the Buffalo juggernaut in Week 1, and they were on the way to a decisive win over Atlanta if not for the punt block TD. Arizona has managed just seven first-half points and would be 0-2 if not for the Raiders playing prevent offense and defense in the second half last week. Sean McVay owns this matchup against Kliff Kingsbury, who finally beat McVay last year but enters this meeting with a weaker team overall. We're getting value here due to Arizona's late rally last week.
