Both teams have reason to rest their key players, but Philadelphia more so than Dallas. The Eagles will enter the playoffs as the sixth or seventh NFC seed. Virtually no difference there. The Cowboys, holding at No. 4, can move up to third, with second a longshot possibility. The higher they climb, the more postseason home dates they can secure. The Eagles will be on the road, regardless. Plus, Dallas might be driven to rinse away the bad taste from Sunday’s loss to Arizona.
