I'm projecting 42 points for Seahawks-Rams, giving us a solid lean to the Under. The Under is cashing in 67 percent of my simulations. Look for the Under to improve to 9-2 in the past 11 meetings.

Seattle's offense has taken time to come around. It looks like the wake-up call came last week in the second half against the Colts. I think Seattle is six points better than the Rams, and I’m hoping Seattle proves me right Sunday.

This is a different Rams team from the one Seattle usually plays, one with a dymanic offense that leads the league in net yards per pass attempt and has managed five rushing TDs as well. The old Rams could be counted on to give the Seahawks trouble in most of their matchups no matter how the offense was playing. That's due to the Rams' excellent defensive personnel, and Aaron Donald and Co. should have a field day with the Seattle offensive line. With L.A. mostly healthy for the matchup and the Seahawks losing key guys on offense (Chris Carson) and defense (Cliff Avril) last week, I like the home team.
