Sharp money in Las Vegas has taken the Chargers at +4 and +3.5 and all I can say is good luck to them. I always eagerly look to find some reason to bet against a west coast team traveling to east coast for an early start time and my excuse here is because I have value with the Giants now and the Chargers just can't cover going 1-9-1 ATS in their last 11. I'm on the Giants laying -3.

The Giants are averaging just 15 points per game, the Chargers only 18. Both have solid defensive units. It looks like a good bet the offenses of these two winless teams will continue to struggle for another week.

This feels like an Under play to me, as I like both defenses better than both offenses, especially with Philip Rivers and Eli Manning not exactly lighting the world on fire. The Giants defense should play better at home than it has the last two weeks, and the Chargers' pass-rush duo should be able to dominate the Giants' porous line. Both teams have multiple quality cover corners, and considering the Giants haven't done much on the ground this year, the offensive ceiling for this game should be pretty low.
