No time for a long writeup, but expecting a shootout in San Diego. Go Over.
There is literally no homefield edge for San Diego, which had to prepare for Raiders' crowd noise this week. Oakland is rested coming off a Thursday game and has everything to play for. Lay the points.
The Raiders are still on the hunt for the division title and the No. 1 seed in the AFC. The Chargers, while better than their record, aren't playing for anything with their season over. Expect Raiders fans to travel well for this game, turning San Diego's already suspect homefield advantage into a disadvantage. It also doesn't help that the Chargers are weeks away from packing up shop and moving to Los Angeles. Philip Rivers has said in the past that he has no interest in playing in L.A., and the relocation saga could be partly to blame for his underwhelming performance this year. The Raiders are an easy play at -2.5.
