The Cleveland Cavaliers looked like one of the Eastern Conference's best teams for a while there, and probably still will be eventually, but the Cavs enter Wednesday's matchup in Milwaukee on a four-game losing streak. Three's potential good and bad injury news for Cleveland: Donovan Mitchell might play (game-time call), but center Jarrett Allen won't. For the Bucks, point guard Jrue Holiday is likely to return and they are 4-point favorites at Caesars Sportsbook.

Cleveland comes off a 129-124 home loss on Sunday despite a career-high 51 points from Darius Garland – including a whopping 27 in the fourth quarter. It was the first 50-point game from a Cavs player since LeBron James had 57 at Washington on Nov. 3, 2017, and the 27 points were more than James ever had in a quarter with the franchise.

The only Cleveland player with more was Kevin Love with 34 on Nov. 23, 2016, vs. Portland. Garland's 10 3-pointers were a career high, and he became the third Cavs player in team history with at least 10 triples in a game (Kyrie Irving and C.J. Miles). Finally, Garland became the sixth player in NBA history with 50-plus points, 10-plus 3-pointers and five-plus assists in a game.

Mitchell was sidelined with a sprained right ankle on Sunday, while Allen sat out with a sore left ankle. Mitchell did practice Tuesday, but Allen isn't even traveling with the team. Mitchell is averaging career-highs in points (31.6 points per game, 4th in NBA), assists (6.1 APG), rebounds (4.7 RPG) and minutes (39.1 MPG, first in NBA). Allen is among the NBA leaders in rebounding (11.5 RPG) and double-doubles (seven).

The Bucks have lost three of four and have played the past three without Holiday due to an ankle injury, but he practiced Tuesday. That doesn't guarantee he will play here (officially listed as questionable), but it's obviously a good sign. Pat Connaughton, yet to play this year due to an ankle issue, also practiced. Grayson Allen didn't and is listed as doubtful, and Wesley Matthews already has been ruled out.

Under head coach Mike Budenholzer, the Bucks are 52-8 (.867) against the Central Division, which includes a 2-0 mark this year. Milwaukee's divisional record over the past five seasons is by far the best in the NBA, with all other teams having at least 20 losses against their division in the same time span. However, the Cavs have won their past three against the Bucks. This is the first meeting between the teams this season.
