Donovan Mitchell's assists have dipped slightly so far this season going from 4.9 to 4.5 but today Darius Garland is expected back. It's natural for players like Mitchell to look to get their backcourt mate back into an offensive rhythm especially vs a Philly team that is on a back-to-back and may be deflated after losing to Chicago after leading big the majority of the game. Even with a slightly lower assist average this season the over is still 4-2 and is 52-34, 60.5% since last season (27-15, 64.3% at home). The 76ers were a very different team last season but for what it's worth, Mitchell was 3-0 over 4.5 with a 7 assist average.
