Might be the most worthless game I've ever wagered on, and I once bet on cricket. That Memphis injury list is a CVS receipt on steroids long and frankly kinda funny. It's as if the bubonic plague hit the locker room or something. The Wizards at least have a few legitimate NBA guys playing in Kyle Kuzma, Jordan Poole and former Grizzlies guard Tyus Jones (thought about playing a prop on him and may look again). The Wiz enter on their first two-game winning streak of the season. Plenty of good seats available as I just looked on StubHub and could get one for a dollar. An NBA game is cheaper than a can of Pringles! And I'd rather watch a can of Pringles.

Deni Avdija has cleared this prop number in eight of his last 11 games. He's averaging nearly 34 minutes since the start of February. On Tuesday, he faces the depleted Grizzlies, who will be missing Jaren Jackson Jr. inside. Avdija likely will square off against G.G. Jackson in a very favorable matchup.
The Wiz are the most failed third quarter team in the NBA. But even during their epis 16-losing streak they were routinely in games, at the half, on the road, against quality teams (down 1 to CLE, -2 to GS, -1 at LAL, and they have led 4 straight games overall at the half. They are a top 5 scoring team in the first half the last 5 games (60 PPG), and Memphis is 29th in first-half scoring in that span. This is contrast in styles and Wiz will try to run at manic pace early to force plodding Grizz to keep pace. I'll live bet overs if they start hot; very low totals

Kuzema didn't want to join a contender at the trade deadline, he wanted to stay in WSH, play 35-38 min a night and score a ton of points with no pressure. And now that the Wiz top two centers are beat up, he's driving the lane more and has attempted 23 shots in each game in their two-game win streak and taken 22 foul shots. Memphis is a top 10 D but Kuz has carte blanche in this offense. He 25+ in 6 of 8 games (23 in another) and attempted 18+ shots in 7 of 8 with at least two 3s in 6 of 8. Wizards been starting games red hot. Poole going to 2nd team means more ball for Kuz with starters
The Grizzlies are a mess right now. They have been riddled with injuries and have already ruled out Jaren Jackson Jr. (quadriceps) and Vince Williams Jr. (knee) for this game. They lost by 31 points to the Thunder with Williams out Sunday. They are 2-4 over the last six games that Jackson has missed, which included two losses to the Trail Blazers. The Grizzlies have only won seven games at home all season, while the Wizards have more wins on the road (seven) than they do at home (four). Look for a much healthier Wizards team to win this game.

This is a huge number for Kyle Kuzma who averages a combined 33.1 PRA. While the Wizards play an up tempo, this current iteration of the Grizzlies are the polar opposite. This is unlikely to be a high scoring game environment and Memphis is going to try and limit possessions. It's rare to see a Wizards game with a total under 220 points.

The oddsmakers continue to set Jones RA line at 12.5 and we'll continue to bet under depending on the matchup. This appears to be one of those matchups against a sluggish Memphis team that has been playing very slow as a result of their numerous injuries coupled with the personnel they have available. It should come as little surprise that Memphis is surrendering the second fewest APG over their last 15 games. This number should be 10.5.
