Jrue Holiday racked up 25 assists in his final two regular-season games, and he should again be an effective distributor in Game 1 versus Miami's subpar defense. Max Strus, Tyler Herro and Gabe Vincent are not intimidating defenders. Holiday has taken on a bigger playmaking role in Milwaukee's offense this season. After the All-Star Break, he averaged 8.0 assists. Go Over 6.5 assists.

When the playoffs arrive in any sport with a clock, it starts to run faster than you think. Possessions decrease and each opportunity becomes that much more important. We're riding Giannis over 5.5 assists for just that reason...and also the fact he's averaging 7.5 both over his last 10 games and against the Heat this season. Star players garner defensive attention and Giannis is smart and quick enough to find the open man with dimes for buckets. A bit juicy at -145 but we can gamble elsewhere today, let's get this win, cash it and go hunting for more.

14.5 is just way too low for Brook Lopez. Lopez has hit this number in 18 of his last 22 games, and if you follow my picks we have bet on nearly all of those games. We don't call him Brook THE ATM Lopez for nothing, we will ride this wagon right through the NBA Finals.

The Heat kept their season alive with a comeback win over the Bulls on Friday. Their prize is a first-round series against the loaded Bucks. Khris Middleton is off the injury report, so the Bucks are expected to be at full strength. Meanwhile, Kyle Lowry continues to battle a knee issue for the Heat. He’s officially listed as questionable, but even if he does play, he might not be at full strength. The Bucks are 23-16-1 ATS as a home favorite, and I expect them to begin this series with a double-digit win.

Giannis finished the regular season averaging 11.8 rebounds, however we're about to experience playoff Giannis who has pulled down 13.4 rebounds per game over his previous three playoff runs. He has eclipsed this line in 29 of his last 42 playoff games. There is a very good chance we won't see this prop at 11.5 for the remainder of the playoffs. Our biggest concern is Miami getting blown out and Giannis not playing many fourth quarter minutes. Even if Milwaukee smokes Miami, Giannis is capable of collecting 12 boards in three quarters and blowouts are less common in the postseason.
