The Clippers find themselves in a must-win situation on the road against Dallas. Defensively they have not had answers to limit the Mavericks offense and Luka Doncic. But in Game 3 I expect the Clippers to play with more rhythm offensively and put the pressure on the Mavericks. Play the Clippers.

The Clippers lost both games at home, so they are in trouble with this series shifting to Dallas. Kawhi Leonard and Paul George need someone else to step up and provide some scoring, especially with how well Tim Hardaway Jr. has played in support of Luka Doncic and Kristaps Porzingis. The Mavericks shot at least 47.2 percent from behind the arc in both games, which is a trend that is unlikely to continue. With the Clippers in desperation mode, look for them to bounce back with a win in Game 3.

I was burned twice on the Clippers in the first two games as they were stunned at home by Luka Doncic. Am I stupid for going back to Los Angeles? Simply don't see how a team that talented can lose three games in a row. While Dallas was 21-15 at home and away during the regular season, the Mavs were much worse ATS at home. Dallas is shooting a combined 50 percent overall in this series and 50 percent from deep. That offense has to regress a little. Clippers make this a series.

The Mavs shot better than 50% from the field in both road victories to open this series. The Clippers should be able to make the necessary adjustments: Kawhi Leonard's previous teams have always played well after losing two straight in the postseason. I like the road team to improve to 3-0 SU in this Western Conference matchup.
