ANALYSIS: Injuries and attrition have finally caught up to the Cavaliers, who somehow hovered around .500 for the first two months of the season before retreating to their familiar baseline of ineptitude. Even so, this club has some decent parts to work with and has vowed to remain as competitive as possible down the stretch. The Suns, who are battling for the top seed in the Western Conference, would likely rather face an opponent with more to lose. They learned this the hard way two nights ago when it took every ounce of effort from Chris Paul, Devin Booker and friends to squeeze past the downtrodden Thunder.
