Toronto hasn't looked very good in the early going and has zero home-court advantage playing in Tampa, but we are going to back the Raptors here because it's the second of a back-to-back for the Celtics and they might not have a single point guard available. Kemba Walker has yet to debut this season and won't here, Jeff Teague has been ruled out due to injury and Marcus Smart is questionable.
