The Phoenix Suns have played just two games in the last seven days. One was a double-digit win over the Blazers, and the other was a dominant win over the NBA’s best team in the Milwaukee Bucks. Yet tonight serves as a buy opportunity on a Blazers team that’s just 3-8 ATS in its last 11 games. Grab Portland to even the season series against the Suns at two games a piece.

Portland’s Damian Lilliard has been back for three games now and the team is 2-1 to the Over in those games, including a 127-117 loss to Phoenix. Portland is 19-12 Over at home this season, mainly because of its fast pace, above-average offense and a 27th-ranked defense that allows 114.2 points per 100 possessions. Phoenix also plays up-tempo with a below-average defense that allows 111.7 points per 100 possessions. Phoenix has gone Over the total in four of its last five.

These two teams just met Friday in what was a 10-point win for the Suns in Phoenix. Really, the game wasn’t even that close. Aron Baynes dominated with 37 points and 16 rebounds while filling in for Deandre Ayton (ankle), who might also miss this contest. The Suns followed that up with a nine-point win against the Bucks on Sunday, although the Bucks were playing without the injured Giannis Antetokounmpo. Meanwhile, the Blazers followed up their bad performance against the Suns by losing to the Kings by 12 points at home Saturday. The Suns are 12-9 ATS as road underdogs and are 3-0 ATS versus the Blazers this season, so give me the points.
