This is a bit of a contrarian play. These are two of the best offenses in the NBA playing in a primetime national broadcast, and that's going to inflate the total a bit. Plus, after giving up an average of 115.5 points per game over their last two games, I expect Toronto to come out focused for a matchup with a great offensive team like Houston, and the Rockets are typically a stronger Under team on the road, going 17-13-2 this season.

I'm projecting 214 points for Rockets-Raptors, giving us a strong play on the Under. This game won't be as fast-paced as the first meeting in Houston was.
