Look for the 76ers to start their post All-Star break run with a rout of the Bulls on Thursday.

The 76ers have steadily been moving up the Eastern Conference standings. They've won six of seven, covering five of those. The Bulls are going in the opposite direction with a 2-11 SU and ATS mark over their last 13 games. Kris Dunn has returned, which should give the Bulls a small boost, but my feeling is this team is in tanking mode. When the Bulls traded Nikola Mirotic to New Orleans, they didn't get one player who could help them. Mirotic was the Bulls' best all-around player with a big upside at only 26. I'm fading them and laying the points.

I'm projecting 206 points for 76ers-Bulls, giving us a solid lean to the Under. Chicago comes in on a 7-3 Under streak, while Philly enters on a 5-2 Under run. The Under is cashing in 68 percent of my simulations.
