WIN
ANALYSIS: The Sunday night curse is real as the Padres played Sunday night but were still big home favorites Monday against the Giants and lost 1-0, their fifth straight defeat. However, I like SD to bounce back tonight behind Joe Musgrove. While he has had a few shaky outings of late (maybe involved his contract extension, which got done), he hasn't allowed a run in 14 innings this year against the Giants. San Francisco probably won't have closer Camilo Doval available as he has pitched in back-to-back games. Starting pitcher Alex Cobb has a 6.03 road ERA. The Friars are due a big offensive night.
