ANALYSIS: The Giants are one of the worst hitting teams in baseball right now and have gone Over in only five of their 17 games. The Phillies are not much better in run production and, even after last night's offensive showing, both clubs are below average at the plate. Wednesday’s pitching matchup features two solid starters in San Francisco's Anthony DeSclafani and Philadelphia's Zach Eflin, who both should be able to handle these hitters and keep the total below eight. There are also storm-like wind conditions expected in Philadelphia, which is the icing on the cake for me here. I will be playing the Under.
