Braves starter Sean Newcomb struggled before the break, but he should better now on full rest. The Marlins lost Jose Urena's first 12 starts, but have gone 5-2 since. Both teams are 15-15 over their last 30, but I still have the Braves offense 35 cents better than the Marlins. I made Atlanta -155 for Monday, which provides a value spot on the actual price.

The break came at a great time for Sean Newcomb, who's lost each of his last three starts while posting a 9.75 ERA. In that 12-inning span he's walked 12 batters. Miami is the perfect team for him to face right now; he's 2-0 with a 0.75 ERA against the Marlins this season. Lay the reasonable price.
