The Rangers are starting to hit, as three of their last four have gone Over and they're averaging 5.7 runs per game over the last seven. Philadelphia has been putting runs up all year long, averaging 4.6 for the season. The bullpens are both below average and Phillies starter Nick Pivetta has been getting banged around.
