SPORTSLINE'S PRESEASON FOOTBALL 30+ POINT SPECIAL

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions. By opting in to receive this offer (the "Offer") you hereby accept and agree to the terms of the Offer, incorporated herein by reference, and the CBS Interactive Inc. ("CBSi") Terms of Use found at http://legalterms.cbsinteractive.com/terms-of-use.

2. Participation Period: The Offer is available starting at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on August 18, 2022 and ending at 11:59 PM ET on August 22, 2022 (the "Offer Period"). 

3. Eligibility requirements: The offer is open to new and past SportsLine subscribers who canceled their subscription prior to 8/18/22 and use promo code FB30 to redeem the Offer from SportsLine.

4. Offer Description. Participants who redeem the Offer will receive an annual subscription to SportsLine at the offer price of $49.00 (that is $50.99 off the regular annual subscription price of $99.99). As a bonus, SportsLine will give users who redeem the Offer in accordance with the terms herein, an additional 1-year subscription for free if one (1) of the teams scores at least thirty 30 points in one of the following pro football games subject to the game schedule below ("Bonus Offer"):

Games that are added or subtracted from the schedule, will not be considered for this Offer.

Due to any unforeseen circumstances, including, without limitation, any game(s) cancellation or delay(s), the absence of game(s) statistics, a pandemic (e.g., Covid-19) and/or any other circumstances beyond CBSi's control, CBSi may in its sole discretion make material changes to the Bonus Offer, including, without limitation, canceling and/or concluding the Bonus Offer early. If such changes are necessary, they will be noted in these Terms.

 5. How to Participate:

(i)        Participants will need to use promo code FB30 to redeem the Offer. Once participant signs up and redeems the Offer, the discount will be automatically applied to their existing account and participant will be upgraded to a SportsLine annual subscription with a renewal price of $99.99 (+tax, if applicable). Subject to the Bonus Offer, such subscription will renew at the regular price of $99.99, on an ongoing basis, in accordance with the terms herein, unless canceled prior to its expiration. Subject to the Bonus Offer, the next billing cycle will begin exactly one (or two) year(s) from the start date their annual subscription commenced.
