The bulk of free agency has come and gone, but there are some gems out there to be unearthed.

Now that the NFL Draft is over, teams can see what they have -- and what they don't have -- and take a look back into the pool of remaining free agents.

CBS SPORTS: TOP 25 PLAYERS UNDER 25

No team is perfect -- though some have much less-glaring needs than others. With that in mind, SportsLine's oddsmakers have broken down the targets for each AFC team moving forward.

SPORTSLINE: HANDICAPPING THE TOP FREE AGENT ADDITIONS FOR EACH NFC TEAM

BALTIMORE RAVENS

Jeremy Zuttah, C, 4/1
Max Tuerk, C 6/1
Brandon Marshall, WR 7/1

The Ravens lost their best offensive lineman in free agency in center Ryan Jensen. They lost Jensen's backup, too. Matt Skuda, last year's right guard, is slated to fill the void, but if they can add another center before camp, they will.

BUFFALO BILLS

Eric Decker, WR 4/1
Karlos Dansby, LB 4/1
Dez Bryant, WR 7/1

It won't matter if it's A.J. McCarron or Josh Allen behind center if the wideout group in Buffalo doesn't get better. The frustratingly erratic Kelvin Benjamin is No. 1, rookie Zay Jones may be No. 2, and there isn't much of a No. 3 to write about.

CINCINNATI BENGALS

Adam Jones, CB 5/1
Greg Robinson, OT 7/1
Eric Reid, SS 9/1

Speed on the defensive edge was a huge issue, and it starts with a linebacking group that needs an upgrade. To the surprise of nobody, the Bengals will also be dealing with another Vontaze Burfitct suspension to open the year. They may also bring back Adam Jones at corner for a smaller role and at a cheaper price.

SPORTSLINE: ODDS ON WHO STARTS IN EACH ROOKIE QB COMPETITION

CLEVELAND BROWNS

Connor Barwin, OLB 5/1
Jonathan Casillas, LB 6/1

Joe Thomas, one of the greatest players in Browns history, retired, creating a black hole-sized void at tackle. Cleveland added pieces to shore up the tackle issue, but there's room for more sure-fire improvement.

DENVER BRONCOS

Delvin Breaux, CB 8/1
DeMarco Murray, RB 8/1
Orleans Darkwa, RB 10/1

The Broncos felt good enough about Devontae Booker at RB that they let C.J. Anderson go. They then drafted Oregon's Royce Freeman. But it sure would be nice to have another option if Booker isn't what is hoped and Freeman can't shoulder the load.

HOUSTON TEXANS

Jahri Evans, OG 5/1
Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie, CB 6/1
Adrian Peterson, RB 8/1

Protecting Deshaun Watson is obviously the biggest need, and it wasn't truly addressed in the off-season. The Texans allowed the second-most sacks last year.

INDIANAPOLIS COLTS

Tre Boston, FS 3/1
Kenny Vaccaro, SS 5/1
DeMarco Murray, RB 5/1
Terrance West, RB 7/1
NaVorro Bowman, LB 8/1

The Colts had a lot of issues entering free agency, but ones they haven't fully addressed yet are defensive back and running back. Can they still do something about it in free agency?  Actually, yes.

JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS

Terrance West, RB 5/1
NaVorro Bowman, LB 8/1

There aren't many fixable issues for the Jaguars the rest of the off-season -- how often have we said that? -- but depth on defense can be improved, especially at linebacker behind Myles Jack and Telvin Smith.

KANSAS CITY CHIEFS

Bashaud Breeland, CB 3/1
Matt Moore, QB 5/1

Marcus Peters was traded, which means the Chiefs will mostly rely on young and inexperienced -- and talented -- defensive backfield. Getting a proven corner could go a long way. The same goes for QB, as they may still add a veteran to back up Patrick Mahomes.

LOS ANGELES CHARGERS

Karlos Dansby, LB 8/1
Matt Moore, QB 8/1
NaVorro Bowman, LB 10/1

The Chargers have a mean defensive line, the defensive backfield look secure, but the linebackers between them need work. A run-stopping LB would certainly help a unit that allowed the most rush yards in the AFC last year.

MIAMI DOLPHINS

Kenny Vaccaro, SS 3/1
Alfred Morris, RB 5/1
DeMarco Murray, RB 6/1

The Dolphins need someone who can rush the quarterback along with Cameron Wake. An outside linebacker with speed would make a big difference at this late stage.

They also need to find a replacement for Ndamukong Suh -- which is surely impossible at this stage of free agency.

NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS

Dez Bryant, WR 5/1
Delvin Breaux, CB 8/1
Marcedes Lewis, TE 8/1
Greg Robinson, OT 10/1

The Patriots don't have a lot of issues at this moment, but the goal is always to make sure Tom Brady has the tools to be Tom Brady. If that means adding a wideout or additional protection up front, the Pats will do so.

NEW YORK JETS

Kenny Vaccaro, SS 3/1
Jahri Evans, OG 6/1
Greg Robinson, OT 8/1

The only sure-fire starting talent on the Jets' offensive line is Spencer Long. They won't want to put Sam Darnold behind this makeshift group. They could also use someone to rush the QB, so Leonard Williams doesn't have to do it all himself.

OAKLAND RAIDERS

NaVorro Bowman, ILB 2/1
Junior Galette, OLB 3/1

Khalil Mack can't do it all. He almost can, but they need more in the linebacker and edge rushing spots.

PITTSBURGH STEELERS

NaVorro Bowman, LB 5/1
Junior Galette, LB 7/1

The Steelers haven't truly addressed a replacement for Ryan Shazier, who certainly won't play next year and probably shouldn't ever again.

TENNESSEE TITANS

Robert Ayers, DE, 5/1
Jeremy Maclin, WR 6/1
Karlos Dansby, LB 6/1

The Titans lost LB Avery Williams to free agency and he wasn't really replaced. Adding an inside linebacker should be on the to-do list before training camp, as is possibly improving depth at receiver, where Rishard Matthews and Corey Davis need to add to their production or Marcus Mariota needs a solid No. 3 option.
