The Sunday and Monday night games involve the three NFC squads whose odds to reach the Super Bowl follow the favorite Tampa Bay.

One of the trio, Green Bay, gets dealt a friendly hand by the schedule-maker: a home gig against flailing Chicago. Both the line (high) and the total (low) cry out for a solid teaser pick.

The Monday matchup -- Rams versus Cardinals -- offers an optimal number for bettors enthralled with the underdog.

Read on to catch our prime-time teaser thoughts that conclude the three suggestions for Week 14. That pick is preceded by an over/under play and a point-spread pairing.

Totals teaser: Seahawks-Texans Over 35, Cowboys-Washington Under 54

It's a bit scary to take a stand on an Over with one team having endured a recent horrid offensive slump and the other coming off a shutout defeat. Yet Seattle's O got well, at least temporarily, with 30 points versus the 49ers last Sunday as QB Russell Wilson rediscovered his groove. Since an opening win, Houston has dropped five in a row by a 14.4-point norm, and the defense bears some blame.

The Cowboys welcomed back D-linemen Randy Gregory and Neville Gallimore while losing sleep over the condition of limping RBs Ezekiel Elliott and Tony Pollard. Washington has held three of its last four foes to double-digit rushing yards, so Dallas' chances of thriving on the ground appear dire. And Dak Prescott's WRs have the dropsies. WFT's last two final scores: 17-15, 17-15.
