NFL Survivor Pool: Week 10 pick from dialed-in computer model

Relatively few NFL Survivor pool players remain alive as this season of stunning upsets enters Week 10. Fortunately, the SportsLine Projection Model continues to advance, albeit with consecutive sqeakers in Weeks 8 and 9.

For Week 10, the model is shying away from the Saints even though they've won five in a row and are coming off their finest performance, a 38-3 whipping of the Buccaneers. The defending NFC-champion 49ers remain dangerous despite their numerous injuries and 4-5 record.

San Francisco has won four of the past six meetings, including a 48-46 victory in New Orleans last season. Plus, the 49ers welcome back key receivers Brandon Aiyuk and Kendrick Bourne. This is an obvious letdown spot for New Orleans after its Sunday Night Football massacre of Tom Brady's Bucs.
