A $1 million prize is at stake when 20 of the top drivers take part in the NASCAR All-Star Race at Bristol Motor Speedway on Wednesday. The exhibition race is scheduled to start at 8:30 p.m. ET. Former Vegas bookmaker Micah Roberts, who was the first to offer expanded NASCAR betting, now hands out NASCAR winners to his followers on SportsLine.
