The Los Angeles Lakers (25-28) will host the New York Knicks (24-28) on Saturday night as both try to find some consistency. The Lakers are ninth in the Western Conference and New York is 12th in the East. Both have lost four of their last five and come in off losses, with the Lakers falling 111-110 to the Clippers and the Knicks losing 120-108 to the Grizzlies on Wednesday.

Tip-off is set for 8:30 p.m. ET at Crypto.com Arena in L.A. Los Angeles is a 2.5-point favorite in the latest Knicks vs. Lakers odds at Caesars Sportsbook, while the Over-Under is set at 212.5 (see up-to-date odds for every game this week on our NBA odds page).

Before making any Knicks vs. Lakers picks, you NEED to check out the NBA predictions from the SportsLine Projection Model.

The SportsLine Projection Model simulates every NBA game 10,000 times and has returned well over $10,000 in profit for $100 players on its top-rated NBA picks over the past three-plus seasons. The model enters Week 16 of the 2021-22 NBA season on a stunning 62-32 roll on all top-rated NBA picks, returning over $2,500. Anyone following it has seen HUGE returns.

The Lakers will be fired up after the tough loss to their rivals on Thursday. Anthony Davis had 30 points and 17 rebounds but missed a floater that would have won it at the buzzer. He averages 23.6 points, 9.9 rebounds and 2.2 blocks, and he will try to carry the team with LeBron James (knee) doubtful and Carmelo Anthony (hamstring) out. Russell Westbrook (18.7 points, 7.8 rebounds, 7.7 assists) can still make a difference on offense, and Malik Monk had 21 points in Thursday night's loss.

The Knicks have counted on defense and 3-point shooting, and the Clippers his more than 43 percent of their 3-point tries Thursday night. New York hit better 15 of 34 tries (44 percent) in a 106-100 win against the Lakers in November, with Evan Fournier scoring a team-high 26 points. He hit six of his nine attempts from beyond the arc and has hit 40.3 percent this season. Forward Julius Randle is the team's top scorer, averaging 18.7 points while grabbing 9.9 rebounds per game.

Now, it has set its sights on Lakers vs. Knicks, and we can tell you the model is leaning Under the total. It also says one side of the spread hits in well over 50 percent of simulations! You ABSOLUTELY need to see it before locking in any NBA picks.
