Edmonton Oilers at Florida Panthers (-143, 6.5): 8 p.m. ET

The Stanley Cup Final has certainly lived up to the hype with the first two games being decided in overtime. After Edmonton won the opener 4-3, Florida returned the favor Friday when Brad Marchand drilled the winning goal in double overtime to tie the series at 1-1.

Florida has won four of the last five meetings with every game being decided by one goal. The Panthers hold a slight 19-17 edge in total goals in those five contests. These two teams are evenly matched and it should continue to be a tight series the rest of the way. 

Florida now has home-ice advantage but Edmonton won't be intimidated on the road. The Oilers are 6-3 away from home in the playoffs and 29-19-2 overall on the road this season.

Best MLB bets today

Chicago Cubs at Philadelphia Phillies (-130, 7.5): 6:45 p.m. ET

The Phillies look to end a five-game losing streak Monday when they host the Cubs. After dropping two straight to Toronto, Philadelphia got swept by the Pirates over the weekend. The Phillies' bats have gone cold recently with the offense producing just one run in four of those five losses.

Zack Wheeler tries to end Philadelphia's skid. Wheeler was activated off the paternity list Sunday and will be making his first start since May 29 when the Braves lit him up for six runs over 5.1 innings. That poor outing came after Wheeler pitched 19.2 consecutive scoreless innings in his prior three starts.

The Cubs counter with Matthew Boyd. The left-hander has pitched well in his last two starts, allowing just three runs in 13.1 innings. However, the Cubs split those games because they managed a total of two runs.

Los Angeles Dodgers  (-120, 8) at San Diego Padres: 9:40 p.m. ET

The Dodgers and Padres square off in a NL West showdown Monday. Los Angeles holds a slim one-game lead in the division over San Diego and the San Francisco Giants. 

Dustin May will be on the hill for the Dodgers. May is coming off a solid outing against the Mets where he allowed two runs over 6.0 innings, although Los Angeles lost 4-3 in extra innings. Overall, the Dodgers are just 2-4 in May's last six starts. 

San Diego turns to Nick Pivetta. The veteran sports a 6-2 record and 3.16 ERA this season. However, Pivetta was roughed up by the Giants in his most recent outing where he gave up five runs in a 6-5 Padres loss.
