He's listed as questionable for Saturday's showdown at No. 8 Michigan State.
"Wisconsin isn't the same without him," Scott Cooley, odds consultant for BookMaker.eu, told SportsLine. "Perception is going to be with the Spartans after they trounced Notre Dame. But because both teams like to play smash-mouth football, the smart bettors know points could be at a premium if it's a low-scoring affair."
The Spartans are currently 5.5-point favorites.
Here are Cooley's takes on two other huge clashes Saturday:
No. 19 Florida Gators at No. 14 Tennessee Volunteers (-7.5), 3:30 p.m. ET
BookMaker.eu opened at Vols -8 and quickly moved to Vols -7.5.
"There are key injuries for both sides, but the most glaring is that of Luke Del Rio," Cooley said. "However, the Florida pivot position asks for more of a game manager than a game changer. So in that sense, the Vols' maligned secondary might not be much of a factor. Squares will be on Tennessee, as they have been all season."
No. 17 Arkansas Razorbacks at No. 10 Texas A&M Aggies (-6.5), 9 p.m. ET
BookMaker.eu opened at Aggies -5.5 and is now dealing Aggies -6.5.
"Even though we've got a pair of 3-0 teams, you get the feeling that we haven't seen the best, or worst, of these squads," Cooley said. "One seems primed for an implosion. The Aggies have been a bit more impressive in our eyes, but this has the makings of a classic tossup game."
