The Kentucky Derby prep race that produced last year's longshot Derby winner returns on Saturday when the starting gate opens in the 2023 Jeff Ruby Steaks at Turfway Park in Florence, Ky. This year, the Todd Pletcher-trained Major Dude has been installed as the 5-2 morning-line favorite in the Jeff Ruby Steaks odds.
