Trainer Chad Brown can add to his record number of victories in the Queen Elizabeth II Cup when he sends out the top two choices in the 2022 QE II Cup on Saturday at Keeneland Race Course in Lexington, Ky. Brown has won the race a record four times, including three times in the last four years. On Saturday he sends out McKulick, who is the 1-1 morning-line favorite in the QE II Cup odds, and Gina Romantica, who is the 7-2 second choice in the seven-horse QE II Cup field.
